Consultations from stakeholders

AAE submitted a response to the following consultations:

• EIOPA’s Discussion paper on methodological principles of insurance stress testing cyber component, 
• EIOPA's Discussion paper on the prudential treatment of insurers’ sustainable assets and activities,

Consultation responses in preparation:

• EIOPA's Call for Evidence - Nat Cat reassessment, deadline 31 March 2023
• EIOPA's consultation on technical advice for the review of the IORP II Directive, deadline 25 May 2023

News from the AAE 

Scheduled meetings with stakeholders

• On 13 March 2023, a delegation of the AAE met with Didier Millerot and content experts from DG FISMA.
• On 27 March 2023, a delegation of the AAE met with Olav Jones, Nicolas Jeanmart, William Vidonja and Angus Scorgie from Insurance Europe. 
• Bi-Lateral meetings are also scheduled with EIOPA content experts; on the topics of ELD, Pensions and IORP II, and Insurance Capital Standards.
